Mobily by Colas at the event SIMI 2022

05.12.2022

From 6 to 8 December, the Palais des Congrès de Paris - Porte Maillot will host the SIMI (Salon de l'Immobilier d'Entreprise). An unmissable event bringing together professionals developing innovative solutions for the urban development of tomorrow. Mobility by Colas naturally participates alongside Bouygues Construction.

It is the necessary crossing point for all planners, communities, public institutions, investors; in short, all those who foreshadow the city of tomorrow. Bringing together 22,000 participants in three days (and 470 companies or communities), SIMI takes stock every year of the projects and innovations that can best support profound changes and changes in urban usage by developing infrastructures at the service of people.A place of expertise and fruitful exchanges (130 conferences are also offered), the SIMI makes it possible to highlight with a qualified public differentiating solutions.

QIEVO, a great ally

The employees of Mobility by Colas will be present at the Bouygues Construction stand. The two companies are developing logical synergies for their real estate development projects, notably thanks to the QIEVO offer. A digital platform designed to optimise mobility in exceptional situations—major urban projects such as the construction of metro lines or complex buildings in dense areas—QIEVO organises the regulation of last-mile logistics flows, the guidance of delivery agents through centralized planning for just-in-time delivery. This solution, which guarantees safe and peaceful logistics by organising multi-site management, also promotes the reduction of traffic and parking of construction trucks on the public domain by preserving the quality of life of local residents. All this to the benefit of the ecological and energy transition, by improving air quality, as well as the carbon footprint of customer projects and construction sites.

Totally in line with the ambitions of SIMI (which aims to help the real estate sector to face the challenges of cities in terms of climate and environment, adaptation to climate change and living together), QIEVO is already an essential resource for «making tomorrow the most beautiful place to live».
