As part of the contract between Mobility by Colas and the EPA Paris-Saclay for the Moov'Hub offer, renamed Park'in Saclay for this client, we wanted to work on the dynamic management of public spaces.

Indeed, the objective of the experimentation is to deploy the concept of chronotopia on the use of on-street parking spaces according to usage: move from a specific parking mode for deliveries for merchants to a classic parking mode for citizens and residents. This ability to share the same infrastructure over time and space is possible thanks to Colas' Flowell horizontal signage technology, coupled with the operation of the experiment carried out by Mobility by Colas.
