Since 2019, Mobility by Colas has been operating its MaaS tool, deployed under the name Park'in Saclay, for the Paris-Saclay public developer. The aim is to develop and operate an innovative service for the intelligent and shared management of parking on the Paris-Saclay urban campus and the resulting optimization of urban development. Since 2021, new services (bike sharing, electric vehicle charging station) have been added to complete the mobility offer for users.

The urban and modular space thanks to 3 levers:

• Manage flows
• Optimizing urban space
• Offer a multimodal service that accompanies the user in his travels

The objective is to encourage users to park in underground parking lots and to free up the roads so that public space is better shared.

This service allows users to be informed in real time of the availability of public and private parking spaces as well as the services associated with them and to be guided dynamically to a space corresponding to their needs. Park'in Saclay also encourages users to use multimodal transportation by offering alternatives to the use of individual cars.

For public or private organizations and third-party partners, the service makes it possible to organize a controlled pooling of the unoccupied spaces they manage. That's why Mobility by Colas offers professional services for these stakeholders:

• With a mutualization of the parking, to develop the unoccupied spaces
• With a company parking package, to accompany employees in their travels on the plateau
• with solutions to reinforce the accessibility of the establishments (for the events, gain in capacity of reception and for the visitors, facilitate the access of the visitors of the stakeholders)
