On September 25, Mobility by Colas was present at the IRF Europe and Central Asia Regional Congress and Bulgarian NTI Conference held in Bulgaria. This event was organized by the IRF and was dedicated to discussing and defining the future of road and mobility infrastructures.

The conference provided an opportunity to exchange and share ideas with the European ecosystem on current and future approaches to optimizing and financing asset management and the use of ITS for more peaceful, multimodal and sustainable mobility. In particular, we were able to share our views with iRAP (the International Road Assessment Programme) on their road safety analysis tool, and with Be-Mobile on the opportunities and challenges presented by the digitalization of mobility and infrastructure operators.

Christophe Le Guern, Chief Technical Officer of Mobility by Colas, also presented our ANAIS solution during the session “Enhancing road safety through innovative technologies & policies”.

ANAIS is a decision-support tool that makes it possible to preventively identify areas of interest where there is an accumulation of near-accidents or abnormal pavement deterioration. Optimize the effectiveness of interventions by targeting investments in the right places, at the right time and with the right solution.
